Shipping policy
Morij is a brand owned and marketed by Healthy Haveat Foods Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across India through our courier partners. We do not ship outside India at present.
Order processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch.
- Remote locations can take up to 10 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates. Weather, strikes, courier delays and other events outside our control can cause delays.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched we send the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email, using the contact details given at checkout.
Address and delivery attempts
- Please make sure the delivery address, PIN code and mobile number are complete and correct. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.
- Our courier partners usually make up to three delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered it is returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or tampered packages
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or record a video while opening it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it under our refund policy.
