Refund policy

Morij is a brand owned and marketed by Healthy Haveat Foods Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, returned, replaced or refunded.

Order cancellation

  • You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Write to info@healthyhaveat.com or call +91 90098 29997 with your order number.
  • Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.
  • For a cancelled prepaid order, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Returns

Our products are food and nutrition supplements. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, or returns for a change of mind.

We will replace the product or refund you if:

  • the product arrived damaged, leaking or with a broken or tampered seal;
  • you received a wrong product or a wrong quantity;
  • the product was past its expiry date when it was delivered; or
  • the product has a manufacturing defect.

How to raise a request

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@healthyhaveat.com or +91 90098 29997.
  2. Share your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the product, the batch details on the label and the outer packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve the request faster.
  3. Our team will review the request and reply within 2 business days.
  4. If a pickup is needed, we will arrange it at no cost to you. Please keep the product, with its original packaging, until the request is closed.

Refunds

  • Once a request is approved, you can choose a replacement or a refund.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval. The time it takes to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds for cash on delivery orders are made by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with us.
  • Shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to an error on our side.

Orders that could not be delivered

If an order comes back to us because the address was incorrect, the package was refused or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A prepaid order that is not re-delivered is refunded after deducting the shipping charges incurred.
